Refund policy

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your checkout receipt identifies the seller and provides the fastest route for billing help.

Requesting a refund

Contact support with your order reference and account email. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. A full refund revokes the related licence immediately.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel future renewal from the billing portal in your Loki Eye account. Cancellation does not remove the paid period already purchased: the licence remains active until the shown end date. A lifetime licence is a one-time purchase with nothing to renew or cancel.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation, refund, or warranty rights that apply in your country. Final refund windows and legal business details must be confirmed before public production launch.
