Privacy policy

Loki Eye is built to keep camera footage on your own hardware. The account site does not receive, process, or store your camera streams or recordings.

Information we process

We process your email address, account session data, licence ownership, subscription status, licence activation metadata, app version, usage statistics from the app (an install ID, app version, operating system, edition, camera count, and country), and limited security logs. A machine identifier is stored by the isolated licence service and is masked in your account. The security page lists every connection the Loki Eye app makes to us and exactly what it sends.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate you, issue and validate licences, count active installs, provide billing self-service, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and meet legal accounting obligations.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and databases, Resend delivers sign-in email, Lemon Squeezy processes payments as merchant of record (with card payments handled by Stripe), and Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site, with its requests forwarded to Google through our own domain by Cloudflare. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

When you buy a licence, you enter your payment details directly with Lemon Squeezy and Stripe. They receive your name, email, billing address, and payment method, and send us only what we need to manage your licence: your email and your order and subscription status. We never receive or store your full card details.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and licence records while your account or licence remains active and as required for fraud prevention, tax, and legal compliance. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some billing records must be retained by the merchant of record.

Cookies

The site uses a strictly necessary, HTTP-only session cookie after sign-in. Google Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. The cookie policy lists every cookie and lets you change your choice.
